We’re planning a celebration full of love, joy, and all our favorite people — and it wouldn’t be the same without you.

Wedding Day Timeline

Ceremony

3:30 - 4:30 PM

We will begin our celebration with a traditional church ceremony beginning promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive a few minutes early to be seated and ready as we say our vows and begin our marriage surrounded by those we love most.

4:30 - 6:30 PM

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony. Guests are invited to signature cocktails, light bites, and time together while the bride and groom take a few family photos. We will join you partway through and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

Cocktail Hour

6:30 PM

At this time, we’ll invite our guests into the reception room to join us for dinner, speeches, and an evening of dancing as we continue the celebration together.

FAQs

Please RSVP no later than April 30th.
The dress code is formal attire. Think suits, tuxes, evening gowns, or cocktail dresses — get fancy with us!
Our wedding party will be wearing olive green, so we kindly ask guests to avoid this colour if possible.
When RSVPing, all guests will have the option to bring a guest. Please include your plus one’s name at that time so we can plan accordingly.
The church ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask all guests to begin arriving at 3:00 Pm to allow time for parking and seating.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy a night out with us!
Church
- Parking at the church is limited to street parking only, so we recommend arriving well in advance.
- Guests are encouraged to carpool or use Uber where possible.
Cocktail & Reception Venue (Entrepôt Dominion)
- Parking is prepaid and available on site.
- Pull up to the gate upon arrival
- A parking voucher will be provided
- Guests may leave their car overnight and retrieve it by 9:00 AM the following morning
If you prefer, you may also park at the venue first and Uber to the church, then return to your car after the reception.
- 3:30 PM – Ceremony at St. Charles Catholic Church
- Following the ceremony – Guests proceed to Entrepôt Dominion
- Cocktail Hour – Begins upon arrival at the venue and runs until 6:30 PM
- Reception to follow
After the ceremony, we’ll be staying back briefly to take family photos and will join everyone during cocktail hour 🤍
We recommend staying anywhere in downtown Montréal. Downtown hotels are approximately 10-15 mins from the Church and Reception venue and offer easy access to restaurants and transit.
